How to reduce an image to 200KB
Drop your image above.
The target size is set to 200KB (you can change it).
Click Compress and download the image.
How it works
- Photos and images (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC)
- JPGs go through MozJPEG, often 30–70% smaller with no visible difference. PNGs are optimized losslessly with OxiPNG or reduced to 256 colors. WebP and AVIF roughly halve the size again.
Everything happens in your browser: your files are never uploaded to a server.
