How to use the spreadsheet
Type your data straight into the cells, or click Open to load an Excel, ODS or CSV file.
Add formulas (type = in a cell) and format with the toolbar: bold, colors, borders, number formats.
Click Save and pick Excel, CSV, ODS or PDF.

- Formulas and formats
- Over 400 functions (SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF…) recalculated live. Number, date, currency and percentage formats; fonts, colors, borders, alignment, text wrapping.
- Open your files
- XLSX and CSV open right in your browser. XLS and ODS are first converted on our server, then deleted. Values, formulas, formatting, merges, widths and frozen panes are kept; charts, images and comments are not.
- Save as Excel, CSV, ODS or PDF
- Excel (.xlsx) with formulas and formatting, UTF-8 CSV that Excel reads correctly, OpenDocument (.ods) or PDF.
- Private, no sign-up
- Your data stays in your browser: the spreadsheet is saved automatically on this device. Only opening XLS/ODS and exporting to ODS/PDF go through our server, just for the conversion.
